We have added Quick Start Instructions to the Download section of the site. This should provide a clear understanding of how to launch ChiroExamPlus. The instructions will provide all future new users with some basic information so that they get off to a good start. Thanks for using ChiroExamPlus.

Why focus on the examination and not daily notes?

Daily notes are an important part of your practice, so let me pose this question: How do you justify your treatment recommendations for the patient? RE-EXAMINATION! Nothing is more important in the chiropractic protocols than examinations and re-examinations.

At ChiroExamPlus we believe the exchange of information between doctors and patients, other physicians, and third parties is too cumbersome. Many physicians do not have time to read lengthy text reports and patients definitely do not understand medical terminology. Therefore, ChiroExamPlus developed a method to quickly and effectively communicate examination information to the patient, other physicians, and third parties.
