Implement ChiroExamPlus into your practice with 3 Easy steps:

1. Enter examination findings into ChiroExamPlus

2. Print the report page or show it directly from the screen:

ChiroExamPlus will numerically grade the severity of the patient’s

    condition from mild to severe.

3. Use a treatment recommendations chart. (see below)

Below is an example of the Report Screen

showing the initial exam (7/01/08) with a score of 83

and reexamination (07/17/08) with a score of 64.

The right column indicates the percentage change, 22.89%,  between the exams.

On the example screen above the initial report would have only listed a moderate/severe examination grading.

With the insurance chart below the doctor would recommend 16 treatments over an 8 week period before re-examination.

The report is that simple!

Below is an example of treatment recommendation chart:

The doctor can make their own or use one produced by the insurance company.

Re-Examination

Re-examine your patient. Enter findings into ChiroExamPlus and you can show exact percentage change in the patient’s condition. Future treatment recommendations can be made based on the percentage change.

Patients will no longer look at their symptoms as a way to gauge the recovery of their condition.

Example: Initial examination score of 56 –

The patient’s condition was graded as moderate. The patient is given 12 treatments then re-examined. The second exam score is 26 rating their condition at mild/moderate with a 46.4% improvement.

Recommendation is to treat for 9 more visits and re-examine.

** Validate your work.  Protects against insurance audits by documenting exam progress and justifying treatment program!

At ChiroExamPlus we believe the current exchange of information between doctors and patients, other physicians, and third parties is too cumbersome. Many physicians do not have time to read lengthy text reports and patients rarely understand medical terminology. Therefore, we have developed a software solution to quickly and effectively communicate examination information to the patient, other physicians, and third parties.

Patient Education

Helping your patient understand their need for care has been a driving force behind the development. ChiroExamPlus has developed a copyrighted metrics system that will allow the doctor or assistant to enter examination findings that automatically generate a severity examination report ready for printing.

The report will display the patient’s various severity ratings so the patient’s condition can be easily communicated. Upon re-examination, a follow-up report can be printed showing the percent change in the patient’s examination findings. Your patients will quickly understand the severity of their condition and be more willing to accept and continue with treatment recommendations.

Implementing ChiroExamPlus in Your Office

The doctor can enter exam information at the time they perform an examination or your CA can enter the information later. The report and summary findings can easily be displayed directly from the screen, shared with the patient immediately, or printed and attached to a travel card for the next visit.

You then use the severity examination number to communicate the number of treatments prescribed until the next examination. It also works great with re-examinations and reactivations.

Since any report can be printed, findings that need to be shared with another physician who is off-site, can be printed to PDF format and shared electronically. (Note: Complete PDF functionality requires a separate software installation not provided by ChiroExamPlus, though easily downloaded and installed from the Internet.) One or two patients accepting your treatment recommendations could pay for annual tech support.

Doctor and Third Party Communication

When sending reports to other physicians or third parties simply print off the summary report pages, attach a brief history and treatments summary, and send by mail, fax, or email attachment.
